    Welcome finance car finance

    Hi everyone just wondered if someone could help me as I've recently been contacted in regards to an old car finance loan with Welcome stating I need to pay this amount however I surrendered the car due to financial reasons in 2012 and was told someone would contact me RE any out standing balance but nothing untill someone knocked on my door a few weeks ago. I've had no contact from them form Welcome since they collected the car.
    is this right that they should be trying to collect after nearly 8 years? What can I do if anything?

    Hello,
    Considering the amount of time that has passed and that there has been no communication between yourself and Welcome, it seems strange that they're trying to enforce any outstanding balance. Did they say how much was outstanding?

      Subject Access Request to Welcome Finance to ascertain what on earth has been going on for over 8 yrs. Under Limitation Act this debt could be time barred so it is vital to understand what communication has been undertaken. Have you moved house? What does credit reference file say?
      "Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
