  • Capital One - self administered DMP

Capital One has kindly accepted my monthly payment offer. They are saying there will be a 6-monthly "full review of your financial situation". To what extent is C1 entitled to have this information? I'm not objecting but with a complex I&E account (unstable due to self employment and rental income) it is not easy to give a static or meaningful situation; no 6-month or even annual I&E is going to be a true picture of the next 6-months. They are, moreover, getting a lot more than Compass paid them from my excessive monthly fee.

So far my self-administered DMP is working very well although 2 companies have yet to respond and 3 have not sent back the CCA requested data (which is probably a good thing).
