I haven't had time to ring all my creditors yet but will on my day off on Friday but am going to pay them what bournes paid them at least its something. And I think I will try doing it myself.

If you can get your creditors to agree to the same payments, you could set up standing orders - and not be charged for someone else doing it :tinysmile_grin_t:

Have seen confirmation from http://www.labusinessrecovery.com/ that they are indeed acting as administrators for Bournes.

They are apparently "establishing the position as regards client monies" and request that "we would ask that you send all future emails with a 'read receipt' request so that when we read emails you then receive confirmation that your email has been received and is being dealt with."

That is all.

Not very informative, but at least it is confirmed.

I have just received a text off a number saying my account with bournes is no longer live? Has anyone else received this?

I have just spoken to these on the phone.
The gentleman i spoke to said that he is in the process of going through all the accounts.
I asked if it would help if i sent the last statement that i had received off Bournes. He said it would be a great help along with the dates and amounts of any payments made since the last statement then he can cross reference with the bank statements.
I have emailed them with all this info along with my contact deteails.

My creditors haven't been paid since July and the last statement I got was June. Who did you ring to ask?
