hi all,
got a call out of the blue from LCS debt collection, asking about a nearly 4 year old unpaid water bill of my brother ( now in spain ).
obviously we share the same surname, but completely different christian names.
i presume a ccj must have been issued in the past, and now lcs are tasked with recovery.
my question is thus--
am i going to get relentless hassle over this from lcs, or should the matter now be of no worry to myself, considering the christian name and address are different from what the ccj states ?
