I am an investigative journalist and I am writing a piece about how debt collectors in the UK treat the consumer. If you have had a bad experience with Lowell or Lowell's other trading name of Fredrickson International and would like to share your story, you can contact me on:

Please don't be offended for any probing questions that may be asked but I thought that most media requests are usualy directed to the organisations own email address and an outlook.com address looks a little suspicious. Im not implying that is the case,

No, completely understood. The rationale is that debt collection is a litigious industry and although all articles go through full legal review pre-publication, I would rather not have the information gathering stage of reporting stymied early on.
