Hi, in need of some advice. Received a 'letter before claim' from Lowell relating to a five year old debt (a bank account with no overdraft facility that went overdrawn.) and sent them a prove it letter.
A few weeks passed and they have sent the following reply - http://imgur.com/a/E7JuE
along with a copy of all 12 months worth of my 2011 bank statement when the account went overdrawn but no notice of default which they state in the letter they have sent but have not.
Do I have anywhere else I can go with this at this point? Have they actually proven anything with an old bank statement?
