Hey,
I have having issues with Lowell, there are a few debts showing on my credit file which I don't recognise so like others I have contacted them with one of the standard " prove it" template letters.
They have come back and not given me any details of the debt in question but rather sent me details of all the debts that they have registered against me and the relevant reference numbers. So of the debts I recognise and some I don't - they appear to be communication providers so not covered by the CCA request.
Now, I am doing to deal / fight these debts one at a time - there are a few that are not showing on my Noddle, Equifax or Experian reports so I am unsure of the validity of these ? if they are not showing then does that mean that they are statute barred ?
Just whilst I am typing about the communication depts, whats the best way to request details of these in order to fight them ?
What I don't want to do is effect any form of statute barred countdown clock however if I can get rid of these defaults then happy days
Please advise?
