    The letter says,

Please find enclosed all of the relevant information. We can confirm that we have provided a reconstituted true copy of your credit agreement.

It then includes another letter that states they are under no legal obligation to supply me with a signed copy.

I have also recived a letter back from restons saying they have been instructed to remove the hold and asking for me to fill in a financial statement.

Where do I go from here?

    Thanks.
    Good afternoon Bexta,
Cabot states the documents ARE A " RECONSTITUTED AGREEMENT"

This must have the following elements.

    1. Your name and address as it was when the account was opened.

    2. The Terms & Conditions relevant to the date the account was opened.

    3. The T's & C's Relevant When the account was closed.

    4. Any other Documents mentioned in the T's & C's.

There should also be a current statement of the account.

All parts of the recon must be easily legible.

How does what you have received stack up against the above.

(No signatures are needed ona recon)

The street name and city are both spelt incorrectly on the recon. I know it is spelt correctly on my account as I still have letters from the original creditor.
Funnily enough the incorrect spelling of the city is the same as on the Cabot headed letter!

There is also no statement of account.

Hello Bex, Theses T 's & C's are the pages sequentially numbered if so are all the pages there?
Are any other documents or clauses mentioned in them that are not with the documents.

It is really necessary to pull the to pieces as Cabot are just not to be trusted.

No the pages are not numbered.
There doesn't seem to be any other documents mentioned in the agreement.

I should add these are not full pages. These are only 1/2 A4 page.

So technically only one page really.

That could be good news I don't think that's
                    enough detail.

Do you think these pages could be just prints of a catalogue application
                    form from a magazine?

Any chance you can post them up here please.
