Hi new poster here so apologies if there is already answers elsewhere
last August following an upgrade on my phone I was given a three month data trial which gave me unlimited data for three months. before the three months trial ended I went into a Vodafone store and asked what would happen following trial and if my contract would be amended to match the data I have been using on the data trial. I was told by representative in store that my contract would be changed to match how much data I have used on the trial to avoid extra charges. The next month I received a bill £200 more expensive my monthly repayments due to my allowance changing to 1gb. I went into a Vodafone store and spent two hours discussing it with them they agreed that they couldn't do anything in store that day and that the matter would have to be looked into I have been in constant contact with Vodafone about what happened right up until January where no one has dealt with the complaint or communicated to me about the resolution of my complaint. in the meantime I did tell Vodafone I would not be paying the extra charges and until the extra charges were taken off my account I will not be not be making any more account payments as I would have to pay the full amount in dispute. I have made well over 50 phone calls to sort this out, over 50 emails and trips to the store only for them to put the wrong information on my account regarding the conversation in store about my data
I am now receiving debt collectors letters from Fredriksson. I'm unsure on what to do as my complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily and it has not been proved to me that a reasonable investigation has been conducted into my complaint.
Who do I write to? As I have already several times explained to Vodafone the issues and the wrong information that I have received.
