Hi there,
Just a quick question I have a disputed 2005 secured Blackhorse debt of £3800 loan sold last June to Idem - At the time I was in dispute with Blackhorse over so called penalties & large interest % added making total of £1400 - I got some legal advice at the time & he agreed the charge was way over the top. I approached Idem they sent me a couple of lines just said the £1400 was an admin charge. I must add I was surprised Blackhorse sold this debt at the time.
I have not paid Idem since Dec 2014. I live in Scotland & have just had a letter from Excel Counselling Services asking me to contact their field agent. My question is do Excel Collections have any authority to operate in Scotland legally or send one of there reps to my house?
