  • Marlin & Equidebt

    Marlin Customers,
This is a bit of info make of it what you will …it is fact that Marlin pass their debts on to Equidebt Ltd for collection ..anyone had dealings with Equidebt?
Now when they pass the debt on for collection Equidebt take it on their books as an "Asset" to them......but at thesame time Marlin have it on their books as an "Asset" ....Little bit of unlawful goings on there IMO.
    Anyway
Equidebt have gone bust and the Receivers/liquidators are Ernst &Young who are preparing the final statement of affairs accounts before being dissolved…..this means that anyone who has an “ Alleged debt” with Marlin will more likely than not find they don’t have one now.

I found this out because I’m helping someone who have had Marlin and Equidebt on their backs and I’m waiting for a call back from Ernst & Young to give me the full info on Equidebt and their “ Assets????!!”.
