"MKDP has seen fit to enter a default date of 02/01/2010."
Think I would also add that you will be taking the matter to the FOS if not resolved as well. You can do both on the same complaint. FOS and ICO. And to be honest, they may be most bothered about the FOS as they can charge cases fees if they are out of free referrals, and can award redress if they see fit.
