Correct me if I'm wrong .... but surely if THEY cannot provide you with one, they cannot enforce the debt??Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.
It doesn't matter where your journey begins, so long as you begin it...

It would be great if you guys could compile a database of copies of Credit Agreements. This would be a great way of stopping the bank re-constituting agreements in their favour. And assist in the whole unenforceability debacle........along with the "terms were on the back excuse." Surely some of the more fastidious people out there made copies before sending.:tinysmile_twink_t2:
