Hello!!! Thank you so much for all your help! We won because the Judge told Blemain during the hearing that they had acted disproportionately compared to the amount of equity in the house, and so I have been given 6 months!!!
Shelter are writing to them to ask them to honour the court's decision and not to harass me. The duty solicitor said that I should complain about them....so will you tell me how to go about this?

As you would be making a formal complaint, you should write a letter. But it will help if I know which of the above it was first

Blemain Finance Limited...the nasty nasty company...they tried very hard to get a 59 day possession order

Have been itching to get back to see how you did. great news. :juge: tonight have some rest ( and maybe a little wine , )

But tomorrow, carry the fight to blenham over there charges, use what the judge siad against them. Complain to the proper regulators, there CEO.

I would use your obvious distress, lack of sleep, aanguish depression, blood suger and the kitchen sink if need, and throw it all at them in one go. You said you have already paid them approx 23k of the debt, and there is , or was , some further interst due.

May be, some of whats further owed, could be considered compo for the obvious distress they casue you ( HINT HINT )

Strike back time.

All correspondence between you and them now want marking WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

I would knock off a letter straigh away to them, detailing the amount of sufferening and distress they have brought on you and your family over ther clearly inappropriate application. I would further add that them refusing to deal with your complaints and the mess about aroubnd them acsepting offers, made you depressed.

Tell them that you might consider making a claim agiant them and reporting the matter to the regulators, but, you will give them 14 days to consider there position first, ( fill it out, make is sound as bad as possible BUT BE TRUTHFULL. ).

Tell them, that if they argree to wipe the remaining, as full and final... thst you will sign an agreement not to proceed. But, if its not dealt with in 14 days, that you will proceed as planned, because you feel like the amount of distress and actions, may have been harrasmentt, and that they only pushed you so far because of the amount of equity, so they could profiteer.

JUST A SUGGESTION.

If you put the letter up here first, some of the others will jump in make sure you word it properly..

Final suggestion.. Today you probebly feel great.... just remember how you have felt up to this morning when dealing with these parasites..... take your anger out on the keyboard and use it against them.....
