Hi,

So a bit confused, I sent the reply template to BCarters CPR31.14 refusal (I did this on email and followed up with letter - both on same day - 21st March)

I received a letter this morning, dated 19th March, saying that they have referred the matter to their client and await further instruction, and for now, the account is on hold?

So what do I do now?

So the letter is dated before your request. Shows what a bunch of dodgy tossers they are
