What should I do regarding the F&F offer I sent Lowell? They have signed for it but have not responded to it, should I be expecting a response? If so, typically when do they reply? If not, should I call them and discuss it over the phone?

I have gained a 14day window as I have acknowledged the claim, will lowell know this? Seeing how they have dealt with this situation, they will send acknowledgement of the F&F after the 28 day period..

Guys I think I've made a massive error!!!

i sent the F&F offer to Bryan Carter as they had sent me the correspondence.. Was this correct? Or was I to send it to Lowell???

could that be why I haven't got a response?

please urgently help, as I would need to send the F&F to Lowell by 5pm today!
