    ODC, you have hit the nail on the head. Lowell and similar DCA's almost drove me over the edge. I can honestly say that joining the site is the best thing I have ever done and I feel that I am amongst friends.

      Its appalling the way they treat people and nobody in authority seems to want to do anything about them. They regularly LIE, CHEAT, BULLY, INTIMIDATE and BREAK THE LAW with impunity. The Statutory bodies are as much use as a chocolate fireguard

        Agree.
        LB let me stand my ground now one down (Cabot) two to go (Mackenzie Hall and Wescot/Arrow Global.)
        Cabot threatened and bullied and I paid them, found LB and with help they decided not to chase an alleged debt this year, but what happens to the cash I "let" them have?

            Aren't Lowell, the major shareholder in Mucky Hall? The OFT actually imposed requirements on Mucky Hall.

            I started a thread OTR; a mass complaint against Link Financial;
            to get members to actually log their complaints with the OFT was like pulling teeth...! But we got there in the end. And, the OFT imposed "Requirements" on Link Financial!!!

            Only way to do it Guys:
            Complaints to the OFT;
            your local TS and;l
            The Lowell Group Trading Standards Service.
            Also, get your MP's involved, please.
