  • Help needed with court documents MBNA

    Hi there,

Can anyone help me with court documents (namely, the reconstituted CCA and alleged deed of assignment).

I've tried 3 local solicitors (free advice) and come up with 3 different answers - i.e yes, no, maybe - but none of them are experts in this field.

I don't mind paying a reasonable fee to get an experts advice but I don't know who to ask.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Thanks sidley

PS you can view them on my other thread.

I have replied to your other thread here: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...362#post377362

Apologies for not having replied earlier.

When you say you asked local solicitors, were they consumer credit specialists? What did the "yes", "no" and "maybe" responses relate to?

You also mention *court documents* on your post above, you didn't receive a claim from the Northampton Bulk Centre, did you? :scared: Or were you just referring to the documents provided?
