Hey guys just recieved a reply from howard and co and they have acknowledged my letter and state that as i have filed a defence at court they can confirm that the above documentation will be disclosed in accordance with the required court directions completly confused what do i do next?

They need to supply them in accordance with your part 31 request surely? Nothing to do with directions that the court may or may not make further down the line? Sounds like they are just trying to weasel out of the request at this stage?

Hi Celeste, sorry how do i DM u? and also yes i sent a defence in the sense i disputed the claim as i had no idea and wrote that as my defence in the claims form

Easier way is probably by clicking her username above, and then click on "Private Message" in the menu that drops down.
