    Hi can anyone help me.
i have had several phone calls at my home from the above but as I no longer reside there ( working abroad), my wife has advised them that I will only deal with them by e-mail. I have sent them numerous e-mails but all I get is that they need all my details first they can not respond. I sent them the following :-
    Dear sir or madam,
I have no intentions of supplying you with any personal details as I have already stated....I do not know who you are,

    Kind Regards,

Is there a reason why you'd like to post your full name and email address on an open forum? :confused2:

With regards to 1st Crud, if they are on a fishing expedition, you or your wife could send them this letter, asking them to prove any alleged debt: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...9479#post59479

How have they contacted them? By phone? if so, did they discuss the alleged debt with them? or just asked for you?
