Total amount of charges added to account in the first 24 months is £4320.88 for phone calls letters monthly arrears fees and transfer to the dredged monarch recoveries.

The figure above is not including interest and legal costs which they also added to the account.

So the question is do I hold the record for the most charges added to an account in 24 months ?

Its not something i want to win but if renewel fee's come into it 1st .12mths = £16817.75
2nd 12 mnths £16817.75
Total 24mths = £33635.50

add to this a £25,000 loan i was forced to take out after just 4 months soley to give it to blemain as 4 mths unaffordable payments threatend by Marc Goldberg with receivers if i did not
GRAND TOTAL £58635.5

This is what I would do, is to if you know the exact amount of charges - which in WP's case he does - I would firstly write to the mortgage company listing out all the charges (except those of legal cost) call it a letter before action. Request that they substantially reduce the fees failure to come up with a resolution you will take further action. Obviously, you are not going to go to court because the Judges in this country don't know a bank charge from a credit or Mortgage charge. Once you have their final decision that they will not budge you can then move this forwards with a complaint to the FOS. It might take some time but you will get this these charges reduced substantially. With ortgages you have 12 years in which to go back.

If you do not have a list of charges, then you need to do an SAR first to obtain this and any other information they hold on you this cost £12 and they have 40+2 days to respond.

The FOS Do not take complaints regarding unreg agreements....wp3 has a cca loan i believe. I for one have exhausted all avenues with trying to get blemain to refund and reduce charges....no luck at all....and the only way to get any where now in my opinion regarding my Ian case is through the courts.

Thanks figaro....well it is only a directions hearing but I am hoping that the judge will order the info that I want Blemain to disclose at this hearing next week.

Hi figaro....you can google case management conference and look in more detail...but what will basically happen is that the court will give an order by what date things have to be done by.

If there is anything outstanding that you have asked Blemain to do and they have not you can ask the court for disclosure. It is a meeting where Blemain may contact you a few days before the hearing and what date you and them have to do what by.

Hope that makes sense....nothing to worry about at these type of hearings.....
