  • Help with Lowells!!

Hi there, I was wondering if you guys could help me, I have debated an O2 debt with Lowell but am having difficulty with their reply.
The letter they sent me states under reference number: NO DMC AVAILABLE what does this mean? Also I requested a copy of my executed credit agreement but they have come back to me saying it's a service agreement(?) does this mean I have no right to see it? Any help you guys could give would be amazing, thanks.

A phone contract isn't a credit agreement so its different from regulated loans.

can you provide the background to this and show how Lowell got involved?

Basically it look like a phone contract with O2 I thought i had cancelled after I lost my phone was never cancelled and now Lowells have come at me with a bill from 2010 for 728.20!!! I don't even know what could make a bill that huge! What rights do I have? The thing is I don't even think I have I had a phone with O2 in 2010 I've had a contract with Orange for a while now? What is the difference between a credit agreement and a service agreement?
