    Hi all.

    Bit of advice please about the following

    1. Can aOC sell a disputed account to a DCA

    2 can a OC continue to add interest and charges to a disputed account when they cannot provide a copy agreement either original or reconstructed

      On the positive side, if they can't provide an agreement they can't enforce in court either! MBNA added interest at 36% and over limit charges for 6 months after I defaulted, but they've confirmed they can't find the agreement (it was an old A&L card). I'm half way through to SBd, last time I paid was Jan 2010. Strangely the account hasn't been sold or even passed to a DCA.
      Only heard from MBNA once in the past two years and that was over a year ago. :bounce:
