Mackenzie hall wont leave me alone!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I missed some payments after I got tangled up in an web of payday loans. I got so deep into them that I had no option to change my bank card and ignore them.

Now Mackenzie hall wont leave me alone. They send me letters every week and, phone me constantly, in the past hour they have Rang my work phone 4 times (on two separate phones) my mobile twice and my home phone twice (with in 5 minuets) even though my wife told them I wasn't in. My colleges are getting annoyed at always having to pick up the phone and my boss isn't happy with it.

They also keep sending letters saying they will show up at my address if I do not contact them.

I want to send them a letter instructing them to leave me alone. Can anyone help me on what to include in this letter.

I cannot afford to pay them anything worthwhile as my wife lost her job and I am supporting her and my 3 year old child on a low wage.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Good grief, Muck Hall seem to be at the top of the Harassment League! :rant::rant::rant:

With regards to the phone calls, you may want to send a letter along these lines:

Dear Sirs

Account or Reference

I am writing in relation to the quantity and frequency of telephone calls that I have received from your company, which I deem to be personally harassing. I have verbally requested that these stop, but I am still receiving calls and I now require all further correspondence from your company to be made in writing only. I am of the view that your continued harassment of me by telephone puts you in breach of Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

If you continue to harass me by telephone, you will also be in breach of the Communications Act (2003) s.127 and I will report you to OFCOM, Trading Standards and The Office of Fair Trading, meaning that you may be liable to a substantial fine and/or other sanctions as they see fit. Be advised that any further telephone calls from your company may be recorded and used in evidence and I expect this harassment to cease immediately.

Its a complete waste of time sending letters to Muck Hall. It would appear that they are illiterate. They have been reported so many times to Ayrshire Trading Standards and nothing apparently has been done about their agressive behaviour. I continuously ignored all their silly letters . text messages and empty threats and they disappeared like all bullies do when they see they are not getting a reaction. They used to be the very bottom of the DCA dung pile although that position is being challenged by the likes of motormouth.
