Some of the Sticky draft letters above refer to failure of a DCA, for example, to comply with a CCA request as a criminal offence under the Act.
I don't think this is true anymore. Similalry true copies can be replaced by reconstitued copies I believe...there may be other changes ?
My point is, if the draft letters are out of date, should they be updated or removed ?
