  • Draft letters.......are they out of date now ??

Some of the Sticky draft letters above refer to failure of a DCA, for example, to comply with a CCA request as a criminal offence under the Act.
I don't think this is true anymore. Similalry true copies can be replaced by reconstitued copies I believe...there may be other changes ?

My point is, if the draft letters are out of date, should they be updated or removed ?

Even 'Stickies' are no more than lay advice as given by LB members, Jax, but I agree that they should be regularly checked and amended if required - as they are singled out as IMPORTANT advice. Unfortunately, this can only be done by Admin - a mere handful of people. The 'Team' that used to be responsible for this work no longer exists.

Why ? I dunno. Ask Admin.
