is IND mentioned anywhere on the N1 claim form

yes, the claimant is Welcome Financial Services nowhere IND is mentioned. The document is signed by Debt Account Manager and some unreadable signature. I can take a picture of the form this evening and message it to you if that's ok.

why has welcome started to use IND to addmin this account

welcome use cl finance and mr carter to litigate the accounts as cl finance are part of the cattles group

this smells that welcome has assigned this account to IND with no notification and they are trying to pull a fast one by putting welcome as the claimant
