          Re: county court papers

Have they complied in full with your 31.14 request ?

Did you ever s78 request them and has it been fulfilled in full ?

Is your default notice valid ?

          Is your agreement enforceable ?

When was your defence due ?

Did you apply for an unless order ?

              Re: county court papers

              this is important

has anything come back from your cpr 31.14 request

              agreement
              default notice
              assignment
              etc,etc

the court will send the AQ

not the claimant, are you sure its from the claimant
