Lowell and Mobile Phone Debt Reminder!

But Lowell up up to their old naughty tricks again:

Recently, Lowell are very busy chasing old telecom debts, including 3 and T Mobile.

It should also be remembered that mobile phone contracts are simply service contracts. Many of which could have been viewed as being unfair.

I believe that there could also potentially be an issue about their processing of individuals data, as the contracts were not regulated under the CCA.

I have just this morning recieved a lovely letter from them. Horrid people, it's very odd as they have been searching my credit file for over a year and done nothing but now suddenly pounced for an amount I do not owe!
