    Well friends,

    I have just had my first delightful call of the day from GE Money, and I took your advice and said you are behaving in an illegal fashion (hubby was asleep after finishing at 11pm, no way was i waking him up).

    The attitude problem, I mean ADVISOR I spoke to said Who told you that then? and I said Legal Beagles......... she rang off!!!

    Hubby came down and read your responses to my question and said RIGHT!! and stormed off to contact them (dont wanna be in their shoes!!)

    Thanks for all of your help, hopefully they will now know i am serious!!!

      i'd been sat waiting on an update for your earlier thread all day and did not notice you had posted here. lol.

      Well done by the way, i bet you didn't have any more calls all day.

          Always surprised at these muppets responses do they not realise we live in 2012 and not 1912
          We are armed with so much tecnology(whoops broke my laptop waiting on insurance responding on my claim) and can use sites like this one which is the best and I mean that sincerely folks to blind DCA with info even they dont know about or so they would have us believe

            Oh yes!
            One caller said "Who" when I told them LB he rang off!!
            CAB advisor has also visited and said he was impressed and intends to join us,
            The more the merrier!

              Glad that a community like this exist as without the informative collective presence here, the less legally astute of us would stand no chance. I just wish i'd had this site a few years back. At least i've found it now.
