Me and the wife both had a letter from Lowell saying our comments have been noted and if we can be of any further assistance in the future please let us know.
I wrote to them and told them I don't have any money to pay them and if they take us to court they will still get nothing.
Even if they make my wife bankrupt they will still get nothing so hence the letters so it looks like they are going to leave it.
Well my debt is statue barred in July the wife's in October and that's two debts I've seen off with the help of this forum and two of the wife's.
So thanks alot guys for the great help and my bills are always paid, I make sure of that, as this debt collection business is a pain in the arse and getting refused credit is just as bad.
So four years of green zeros on my credit report and low debt levels I can manage.
