Apologies if this has been posted in the past two days - I've only just picked up on it:

US debt buyer acquires Mac Hall

I believe PRA are just as useless though, so no great cause for concern. There was a case in the US of someone making a good living by running up debt, suing them for harassment, moving and doing it all over again. They obviously use similar 'bottom of the pond' lowlife tactics.

They are all struggling to obtain portfolios and then to collect on same.

The Leeds Losers seem to have bought a load of M&S debts. These are the ones that refer to Charge Cards that were swopped to Credit Cards without any new agreement being signed
