Hi all
Well the Cap 1 debt that is haunting me is starting again with the first DCA
Credit solutions Letter received just before Xmas followed by Scotcal who cut to the chase and have sent a doorstep collection letter
This happens every Xmas and New Year it seems
CRAPQUEST have gone quiet after threatening to repossess my soul and i might add none of the above have ever replied to my Prove It letters and all think they can demand payment at the same time for all different amounts on behalf of Cap 1 is there no consistency
