Hi Poochie, and welcome back.

This is a re-sceduled loan. I posted a thread recently about Welcome doing a lot of these, and asking people to post up if they'd been sold one.

Possible reasons people may be saying it's unenforceable are twofold:

1. If the original agreement was UE, then is it possible to have a compliant rescheduling of a UE agreement?

2. Is it legal to reschedule an agreement in this way?

I am not sure of the answers to these, but they are two things I'm looking into.

Poochie, The more I get into my dispute with this company the more I am convinced they are, at best, incompetant!
I have been to Citizens advice and it is still on going.
If you have not done so try pm Labman he has helped me and seems to know what he is talking about.
