albion collections?

i hit hard times and fell behind with my credit card payments with the bank of scotland...
They charged me and the interest has taken it to over a £100 over my limit
ive written to bank of scotland and offered to pay a minimum payment a month and ive heard nothing back
today i got home from work and found a letter from albion collections demanding i pay £600
help please anyone...im panicking like mad
will these people accept a payment each month from me?
Or is it bye bye to my tv fridge and car?

oh no...ive never heard of them...are they that bad?
I kept getting letters and ive been paying them each month a min payment of £10 and more when i can afford it...
Ive written to them also and then this today from albion

Seems par for the course for them, two of mine with them have done the rounds of Blair Oliver Scott Cabot and Robinson Way.
No formal notices or anything.
FOS have upheld on PPI but the ***!!! want over a month but do not seem to want to give me the same privilege Think FOS must have told them of as they have now said there will "not be any collection activity" until the calculate the ppi.
Just want rid of the bar stewards seem the worst bank so far for this behaviour

I took out a £10,000 loan and when I found that my ex had not paid anything I was giving her, they requested £18,376. The Bar Stewards have front loaded the interest

Yes, keep paying what you can afford. Meanwhile it would be a good first step to fill in an Income Expenditure form (link at top of page) to identify what, if any disposable income you have. Make sure you put down all debts on it, no matter how big or small.

Once you know your disposable income you're in a much stronger position to write to them and quote the Lending Code at them regarding people with financial difficulties. It would seem, if they have not contacted you to discuss your problems, that they have already breached this.

Albion are an in-house collection department of Bank Of Scotland (they have a few others as well)
Ignore them, they have no legal powers.
Report them to the financial ombudsman,OFT & trading standards.
Also put in a complaint to have any charges refunded.

Im not calling them, i am going to email them and offer payments each month.
