      Should they respond then, Inform them of the prior dispute with Shop Direct over this matter and that you are disgusted that they have shirked their responsibilities in this manner.

      This should get it passed back and then you can deal with SD from there on.

      You are right to ignore NDR as they are simply SD'd own in house DCA, and ineffectual at that..

        That's according to Lowell only.

        To be compliment with Law of Property 1925 s136 ten the notice of assignment comes from the OC and not the DCA Of course DCA's know this well, but often hide the nature of assignment..
