I fully intend to forward the findings of the Ombudsman to the OFT along with transgressions I believe AK have made. In so doing hopefully reminding the OFT of the requiremnts they imposed on AK.

Have to agree with CC's though. It seems these companies can act with impunity until they seriously overstep the mark.

Cheque received from AK on Saturday. No apology, just a "we trust this brings the matter to a conclusion". Can't even admit when they're wrong. Letter with copy of FOS decision forwarded to the OFT last week. Highlighted the breaches AK made and invited the OFT to impose their threat of issuing AK with a fine. Be interesting to see what they have to say,if anything.
