What a bunch of muppets. Do you have the original default notice at all? At this time, I would seriously recommend a SAR to tmobile. You need to have hard copies of what their accounts say about you, and what was on that default notice. Playing ping pong with CS agents who seem to have no interest in listening to you isnt helpful.
Using that evidence from the SAR, I would do something like a DPA s.10 notice highlighting their error (the s10 notice goes to the Data Controller, not customer services). Im more than willing to help you draft something to them.
