Iqor doorstep visit

Hi
I've had a card put through my door from those wonderful folk at Iqor. It's notifying me that they called today and will call again next week. I've previously asked them to provide proof of my liability for the debt (I also wrote to OC and got no response from either of them). I've also sent a letter advising them no callers(thanks for the template) I would appreciate clarification over next steps should I go down offical compliant to TS/OFT or just ignore and file? and if any visitor turns up set the hounds on them (only joking)

They cannot call without your permisson. Take a copy of the card they left and send it to the OFT stating that they did not request your permission to visit your home. Remedy is simple. If they come back, tell them they have 30 seconds to get off your property or you will call the police - they are trespassing - then slam the door hard in whoever calls face.

Let me guess that would be their "We've called" letter that has a post mark on it

It was in a plain brown envelope, no postmark. Was filled in with his name, mobile number and an aol address. On printed iqor stationery (tatty postcard). Oh & it says "please help us to help you"
