  • What is Standard Disclosure?

I have previously posted about the above as I have a case which I believe to be statute barred (has been set aside once) that has been allocated to the Fast Track. I have until Tuesday to give Standard Disclosure and have no idea what to do. Apparently Royal Mail have tried to deliver a large parcel to me today which I believe to be from the Student Loans Company (claimant for pre 1998 loan) but I can't pick it up until Tuesday at the earliest so don't know what it contains.

Any help would be very gratefully received as I'm getting very worried about this.

    Many thanks

    Re: What is Standard Disclosure?

Standard Disclosure is usually a list of documents you wish to rely at the hearing. You also have to disclose those docs that are relevant but damaging to your case.

Try the link http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/c.../n265_1005.pdf and also have a look at the guidance notes as well.

You can usually fax this to the other side but keep a copy of the fax transmission slip to rove you have sent this.
