has anyone had any dealings with csl,they are constantly harrassing me,and im not in debt and they just dont listen a phone call at 8.15 this morning is the final straw

Have they sent you any correspondence about this alleged debt? Write to their complaints department and tell them it isn't your debt and all communication with you must cease - they are breaking the DPA 1998 processing your personal data without your permission and with no legitimate business reason to do so. Call your local Trading Standards and tell them you are constantly being called over a debt that isn't yours. If they continue to call you may have to find a way to block their calls - Trucall or BT's Choose to Refuse.
