  • Morgans discharging order

    Hi everyone
Just need a littlle advice please, so here goes.
On a previous thread the forum has helped me immensley with morgans solicitors/cabot in a battle to stop them putting a charging order on my house.
There was a lot of discrepancies on the charging order papers, including a shortfall of the amount i had paid of my accouunt.
I have recevied a letter from morgans suggesting they are issuing a discharging order to the courts, and they should forward the relevent papers to myself.
can someone explain what this actualy means.
    Thankyou
    Gillwall.
