    Hi

I was contacted yesterday and told that GE money have passed on a 10k home improvement loan to Link Outsourcing who are now going to do some checks on me to find out my employment circumstances etc. The guy on the phone said that as the new windows were part of a home improvement plans then there should be an increase in the value of my house. He said that I needed to get a loan or find some way of finding the 10K. I told him that there was no way I would be able to obtain the money and asked him if he was telling me he was going to try to take my home, he told me that he didnt want to discuss that at this point! He has told me that he will call me today at 10.30 to discuss the matter further and that yesterdays call was only an introductory call, it was actually a heart attack call because he has now scared the life out of me! Advice please!

Hmm sounds like, Link Financial and Link Outsourcing tactics...

Did you take out any PPI with the new windows loan?

I note that, Link Financial and their associated companies are still employing psychological harassment; Bad Business Practices!

Ask him to stop calling & remove your number from his system then write to you in regard to the matter he wishes to discuss. Inform him that Any further calls on this subject will be reported to your local trading standards and the OFT then put the phone down.
