Code red debt collecting agency

Wonder if any one can give me some good advice. I am currently recieving 4-5 threatening letters on a daily basis from a debt collecting firm called Code RED. The letters are both intimidating & threatening. Can any one advise me on how to respond in legal terms to this company of legal thugs.

They are employed by the company SANTANDER who got their wires crossed & want to re posess my car through a error my bank made.

Is there a letter I can put together that will let them know I am aware of my legal rights & will not be intimidated or threatened by them.

Code RED, would they be from Leeds perchance ?

Some more information would be great, like what are they claiming this debt is for etc..
