  • Tommy's OH v O2

    Hello again!

A little different here, this debt is mine and owed due to porting an O2 number to Tmobile and incuring termination fees. I agreed with O2 on 26 june to pay £10 a month for the short term, they accepted, but not in writting.

Today Wescot rang for her, and i had no notification from O2, wescot said i need to pay them blahblah. So i refused on the ground i had set up an arangement with O2 and hadnt had time to miss a payment that was due in 30 days from initial payment.

I promptly rang O2 and told them how unhappy i was, made another payment of £10 and they said they will withdraw from wescot. However O2 are not prepared to accept my agreement and put it in writting, so any suggestions on what I should send in a letter to O2?

Im happy to pay £10 a month, i cant afford more, it was termination charges, i terminated due to lack of cust service, and a better deal elsewhere. Two months after porting my number they were still threatening to cut me off!!!

    Thanks, Tommy.
