Hello all,
I think I should probably make my own thread as a paper trail is beginning to develop. Metropolitan are after me for an overdraft I had with HSBC (worst bank I've ever dealt with - EVER!)
I sent them a CCA request and they're response was "We can't give a copy because you haven't given us a signed letter".
Oh really? Sounds dubious...
I did read somewhere that you should never sign any written correspondance to DCA's as they tend to photocopy your signature and put it on a fake.
I'm suspicious...
