Had a strange experiance yesterday, was moving my small savings account as Nationwide are closing the local agency.
Decided to go to Norwich and Peterbourgh and saw the adviser.
The name seemed familiar but did not click until he said he regognised my name regarding Welcome. he used to work for the local branch, left/made redundent two years ago, says he woud have left anyway as he did not like the way things were going.
He stated that "There were lots of accounting errors"
Did not do anything but change to a simple savings account but I nearly left without doing it as I remember him being quite abusive over the phone.
