  • help needed!

Hello all you guys at legal beagles

i have not been on here for a while and i am still battling away with debts and life.

Need to ask a few questions to get me back on track.

If i have already SAR'd a company namely welcome finance and they have not given the information that i have asked for do i have to re SAR them and pay another £10.

What does everyone make on these companies that are claiming to wipe out debts by making agreements unenforceable and can it be done yourself as invariably it often can. Also some companies are claiming to check out mortgages and seeing if they are unenforceable now that i would like, as I am sure my mortgage is not worth the paper it is written on.

Also a bit of news i joined my local credit union about 4 mnths ago and asked if i could become involved which may mean becoming one of the directors how cool is that being asked to be a director of a financial institution i am well chuffed and it will look good on my c.v. lol

    Re: help needed!

Send them another letter, threaten to report them to the OFT and the FSA, give them 14 days (plus 2 for the post) to respond with all of the details you require, if they don't then report them.

Borrow money from a pessimist -- they don't expect it back.

Thank you as this has been going on far too long. I will do so today and if they dont comply then i will report them as you suggest.

Don't use a claim management company, you can do it all yourself for free.

No need for another tenner either. They haven't complied, so your payment still stands.

Don't hold out too much hope though. I'm betting their days are numbered. And I do mean days.

Although hopefully not before they sort my claim out. LOL

            Jules

Have a good read of my Cento Client Review thread - it will take a good couple of hours to read, then have a read of all the other threads for CMC's. You will see not a pretty picture emerging.

We will offer you all the support you need to make your claim and you will be in total control.

One lady that Ame is presently trying to help on MSE is being stitched up by the CMC and now they are threatening to go legal on her as the claim is less than their fee.
