I sar'd barclays & received my bundle today.

This account isn't mentioned at all in the bundle that I received.

No cca, no statements, no memo regarding this account at all........... what does this mean? Any other advice regarding what to do on this 1? lol

Hiya! I have received an agreement from Cabot today with a covering letter saying that they have provided the info I requested & that now I have to contact them within 14 days & start paying them back....

Actually, I wont be able to scan them in afterall.... somebody did me a good deed yesterday & put system mechanic on our desktop & cleaned it up. The scanner software has disappeared & I cant look into it right now because I have a hosp appt at 1.
So, I will try & sort that out later & email it then if thats ok?

Well today I have received court documents for this account from Wright hassal?

Im not sure what to do as have never received a copy of the agreement. I requested it in 2009....
