    Hi everyone,

This is my first post advance apologies if i make a mess of it.

I had a barclaycard credit card since 2011 and at 1 point i owed around 15k to, i gradually paid every month and in 2020 i brought the debt down to around 9k.
The pandemic had a bad impact on my work and i stopped paying and told barclaycard over phone who were helpful and patient and gave me time unfortunately i still couldn't make any payments after which i didn't hear from them until i got a letter both from barclaycard and PRA group stating that PRA group were the owners of the debt and that was December 2023 .

Up until last month i ignored all phone calls and emails from PRA group until they threatened me with a CCJ to which i asked them to provide me with my agreement ( i read somewhere that i should ask for ) and today they have sent me one.

It says to contact them within 14 days.

Please advise what should i be doing as im still no better financially

All advice and help would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

    What have they sent you?

    Have you checked for anomalies?

    Is it a reconstructed agreement?
