Lets say a collection agency claims I owe a debt. Never been to court for it or admitted to owimg alleged debt. Responded every time with certified mail.
So now I have a "Notice" if Lien attached to property.
Well, is it a lien or just a notice?
I know everything back amd forth blah blah about they just put it there to alert other creditors and it gives them x amount of time etc etc.
This is not a Lien. Uts a notice TO Lien. Maybe or maybe not.
Wouldnt this be false advertisement? Blackmail? Couple other fraudelent doings by this agency?
